When completing the MSTR® Course Registration Form you will be asked to agree with the following Cancellation Policy: 

• Please note there are minimum enrolment requirements in order for live classes to proceed. If we do not receive enough registrations for any given workshop, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. If viable numbers are not reached your instructor will inform you of any cancellation, at least 4 weeks prior to the workshop.

• Payment is due immediately upon registration

• If a course is cancelled by an MSTR® instructor you will be able to transfer your registration to any alternate live class or live online class within 2 years. 

• MSTR® classes operate based on student numbers reaching viable levels. 

• We do not offer refunds. 

• Do NOT book travel or accommodation until the course has been confirmed as going ahead. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm the workshop. 

• Sourcing accommodation to attend a course is your responsibility.

• Any request to change an enrolment must be made in writing (email) to your instructor.

• Transfer to an alternative class date can only be made once. If the participant fails to attend the subsequent workshop to which they have transferred, they will forfeit all course fees.

• Your course fee payment will be forfeited if you fail to attend any live class or the live online classes.

• Your completed registration form, signifies your agreement with this Cancellation Policy.

When completing the MSTR® Course Registration Form you will be asked to agree with the following Ethical Agreement statement.

I, the undersigned, agree to the conditions of this statement:
 

• I will not, without prior written consent of Alastair McLoughlin, sell, share, or reproduce the whole or any part of the content of the MSTR® (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release®) One day class, MSTR® Video course, the MSTR® Canine or MSTR® Equine course, with or without fee or recompense.  This includes the taking of screen shots, the recording or the copying of video and/or audio material, PDF (text) files and any other copyrighted materials.

• I will not, without prior written consent of Alastair McLoughlin, teach or demonstrate any part of the McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release® technique either by practical demonstration, by means of prerecorded or written material either for money or without fee. 

• I will not make any video or audio recording of any part of the MSTR® training and study materials and I agree that all study materials, either online or in class, are protected by International Copyright and Intellectual Property laws. 

• I acknowledge that I will fully participate in the seminar, workshop or course and I hereby expressly release Alastair McLoughlin, MSTR® Instructors and any class attendee from any and all liability in respect of any personal injury that might be sustained or become evident subsequently, however caused.

• I understand that ‘McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release®’ and ‘MSTR®’ are registered trademarks and are the sole property of Alastair McLoughlin. 

• I understand and acknowledge that Alastair McLoughlin owns the Intellectual Property Rights to the MSTR® technique. 

• I understand that I will be liable to prosecution in all deliberate cases of brand theft, misappropriation or any violation of the contents of this legally binding agreement. 

• I also understand that I will work ethically and abide by current state laws and regulations.

• I acknowledge that I am responsible to have, or obtain, my own malpractice/public liability insurance.

You will not be permitted to take part in the class if you fail to agree to this policy and our Cancellation Policy.
 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any enrolment without explanation.
